放化疗联合治疗晚期食管癌的近期临床疗效观察

目的探讨放、化疗联合治疗晚期食管癌的疗效和安全性。方法100例晚期食管癌患者分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组采用化疗联合放疗治疗，对照组采用单纯放疗，比较二者的近期临床效果和安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率80．00％，高于对照组的50．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论放疔化疗联合治疗晚期食管癌具有良好的临床疗效；毒副作用程度较轻，且具有可逆性。

Clinic effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy treating advanced esophageal carcinoma

Objective To explore the recent clinical effect and safety of radiotherapy and chemotherapy treating advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into the intervention group（ 50 cases） and control group（ 50 cases）. The intervention group were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the control group were treated with radiotherapy only, the recent clinical effect and safety of two groups were observed and compared after treatment. Result The total effective rate of the intervention group（ 80. 00% ） was better than that of the control group（50. 00% ）, and there is significant difference between them（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The occurrence of the adverse reaction in the intervention group were higher in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The radiotherapy and chemotherapy treating advanced esophageal carcinoma is effective, the toxic side effects are reversible, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
