| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝移植术后早期患者出现精神异常的原因及护理对策。方法采用观察与问答相结合的方式，分析30例肝移植术后监护期患者精神异常的发生情况。结果有8例患者术后出现精神异常，其中躁狂伴焦虑失眠4例，单纯焦虑失眠2例，抑郁1例，自杀倾向1例。经相应处理及精心护理后，精神异常现象消除。结论药物、环境及心理闵素等为肝移植术后早期患者出现精神异常的原因。须密切观察以排除术后并发症的可能。镇静辅助治疗与适当的支持护理为治疗精神异常的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reason and nursing strategy of early psychosis after liver transplantation. Methods Using the manner of observation combined with questions and answers,30 cases with psychosis of monitoring period after liver transplantation were analyzed retrospectively.Results The psychosis was happened in 8 cases after operation.Among them,mania associated with insomnia anti anxiety were in 4 cases,simple anxiety and insomnia 2 cases,mental depression 1 cases anti suidcidal attempt 1 cases.Via corresponding management and careful nursing, the psychosis was disappeared in all cases.Conclusion Medicine,environment and psychological factor are the main causes of early psychosis after liver transplanation.For excluding the possibility of postoperative complications, the close observation is necessary.Assisted sedative treatment and suitable nursing supporrt are keys to treat the psychosis. |
