心理护理干预对乳腺癌术后患者康复期心理健康状况的影响

目的：研究心理护理干预对乳腺癌术后患者康复期心理健康状况的影响。方法：应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对符合诊断标准的60例乳腺癌患者在入院时进行SCL-90问卷测评1次,经过入院期间和手术后的心理护理干预后,在出院时再进行SCL-90问卷测评1次。应用SPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果：乳腺癌患者经心理护理干预后,入院时与出院时两次SCL-90评分各项指标（躯体化;强迫症状;人际敏感;抑郁症状;焦虑症状;敌对症状;恐怖症状;偏执症状;饮食睡眠）相比较均有显著统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：乳腺癌患者在术后康复期存在焦虑、失眠、社交障碍、严重抑郁等心理问题;在康复期根据患者不同的心理特征开展心理护理干预,可以有效减轻患者的心理障碍程度。

Psychological intervention for postoperation breast cancer patients

Objective:To explore the measurement and effect in nursing the patients of mammary cancer by psychological intervention.Methods:Total of 60 patients were selected in this investigation.SCL-90 was used in mental health evaluation when patients in hospital and leaving hospital respectively.Two evaluations were finished by the patients themselves under the same introduction.Result:The reaction of the mentality has been improved when patients leave the hospital.In other words,if the mental nursing is going along in different periods,it can not only promote the cooperation of the patient and the doctor but also alleviate the mental handicap effectively.Conclusion:By health education,the knowledge,attitude,behavior and mental healing has been improved greately.It is the effective measurement in the therapy of mammary cancer.
