龙岗区已婚育龄妇女生殖健康状况调查

目的 了解已婚育龄妇女生殖健康状况，为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法 对区属4个镇户籍已婚育龄妇女进行询问病史、妇科临床检查、实验室检查。结果 总患病率为73．79％。其中生殖系炎症(RTI）1943例，患病率为47．15％，常见性病为3.42％。结论 目前已婚育龄妇女，特别是农村已婚育龄妇女RTI患病率高，医学保健知识匮乏，思想保守，求医意识淡漠，规范治疗率低。在防治中应有针对性地制定综合干预措施。

THE INVESTIGATION BASICLINE STUDY ON MARRIED REPRODUCTIVE WOMEN IN LONGGANG DISTRICT

Objective To investigate the reproductive health status of married reproductive women as the basis of efficient intervention measures. Methods The married residential reproductive women of four towns in the district were performed disease history inquiring, gynecologic clinical detection and laboratory examination. Results The total prevalent rate is 73.79 percent. Among them, there were 1943 cases of reproductive system infection, the prevalent rate was 47.15 percent, the common sexually transmitted disease rate was 3.42 percent. Conclusion At present, married reproductive women, especially in countryside, have a higher prevalent rate of reproductive system infection, lack of health care knowledge, unwilling to see doctor, short of normalizing therapy, etc. So we should made prescribed intervention measures in our prevention and cure works.
