鲁登巴赫氏综合征的外科治疗

本文报告17例鲁登巴赫氏综合征的外科治疗结果,并就其临床特点、手术方法和左心功能的维护等问题进行讨论。

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LUTEMBACHER'S SYNDROME

Since Aug. 1961, 17 patients with Lutemhacher's syndrome had been treated surgically at our hospital, among them 13 patients had ostium secundum defect with 3 of subcaval ASD and 1 of supracaval ASD. The MS was rheumatic in 16 patients and congenital only in 1, besides, 5 patients were associated with tricuspid insufficiency and 1 with the ostium of coronary sinus in the left atrium. 15 patients underwent mitral valvuloplasty and two mitral valve replacement, five tricuspid valvuloplasty. ASD was closed by direct suture in 10 patients and repaired by using patches in the others. The surgical results were very satisfactory. No early operative death. We think that for the surgical treat- ment of Lutermbacher's sydrome, MS valvuloplasty is of priority, and for the closure of ASD, direct suture of using patches mainly hinge on the size of the left atrium rather than the size of ASD, therefore, enlargement of the left atrium by using patches needs not to be emphasized.
