体力劳动至疲劳时肌肉表面募集肌电信号的动态变化

摘    要:本实验使用自行车功率计蹬车方式通过两种强度的负荷劳动至疲劳,测定腓肠肌和股直肌在长时间间歇收缩时表面募集积分肌电图(IEMG)和平均肌电图(MEMG).变化特点呈指数函数下降,不同于静力性收缩至疲劳的线性函数变化特点,认为能量消耗降低肌细胞膜的兴奋性可能是疲劳的主要原因.

Abstract:Bicycle ergometer at two intensity levels was used to determine the IEMG and MEMG of surface recruited myoelectric signals of m.gastrocnemius and m.rectus femoris in long term intermittent exercise to fatigue.The characteristics of the variation of IEMG and MEMG with work time showed exponential decrease.It differed from the linear function in static contraction to fatigue.It is postulated that the main cause of fatigue is the exhaustion of leading to the lowering of the excitability of muscle cell membrane.
