基于病床工作效率指标的医院床位测算

目的：合理优化配置医院临床科室开放床位数。方法从医院HIS系统提取2013年度医疗统计报表数据，采用SPSS 16．0测算出各临床科室开放床位数的合理区间。结果30个临床科室中床位设置合理的有14个科室，需要调整的有16个科室，医院临床科室存在病床配置不合理情况。结论通过对比合理区间与实际展开床位数，部分科室床位需要进行调整，从而达到医院卫生资源配置的最优化。

Allocating the Hospital Bed Quantity by Using Bed Efficient Indexes

Objective Reasonable optimizing the allocation of hospital clinical departments open bed . Methods Medical statistical data in HIS system of 2013 was used , to detect the reasonable range of various clini-cal departments open beds by using SPSS 16 .0 .Results There are unreasonable condition in bed allocation of hospital clinical departments .14 of 30 clinical departments is in reasonable bed allocation , and 16 departments need to be adjusted .Conclusion By comparing the reasonable interval with actual data , some departments beds to be adjusted, so as to achieve the hospital health resources allocation optimization .
