| 摘 要： | 本文测定了１２５例正常孕妇和４３例妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）患者的尿Ｎ－乙酰－β－Ｄ氨基葡萄糖昔酶（ＮＡＧ）活性，连续观察２例中、重度妊高征患者治疗前后的尿ＮＡＧ活性变化．结果表明：随着孕周的增加，尿ＮＡＧ括性逐渐增高，妊娠晚期孕妇的尿ＮＡＧ活性较正常非孕妇、妊娠早、中期孕妇明显增高；妊高征患者的尿ＮＡＧ活性较同期孕妇明显增高，与尿蛋白的严重程度一致．尿ＮＡＧ活性的测定确是能反应妊高征有无肾损伤及程度；可作为早期发现妊高征和观察妊高征治疗效果的指标．

| Abstract: | The urinary activity of N-acetyl-β-D-GlucosaminidaseNAG)was determined in 125 normal pregnanies and 43 patients with pregnacy induced hypertesion(PIH),the change of urinary NAG activity was consecutively observed in 2 middle and severe PIH patients before and after treatment, and the findings are as follows:urinary NAG activity in normal pregnancy gradually increased as the estimated delivery date approached;uriary NAG activity in third trimester were significantly higher than in non-pregnant group,the first or the second trimester;urinary NAG activity in patients with PIH differed significantly from that in the same normal subjectsP<0.01).It is indicated that urinary NAG activity are the sensitive agent for renal injury of PIH. |
