氯沙坦和贝那普利治疗原发性高血压的对比研究

目的比较氯沙坦和贝那普利治疗轻中度原发性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法随机将高血压患者126例分为2组氯沙坦组,贝那普利组,分别观察两药治疗高血压患者4、8周的有效率。结果两组治疗第2、4、8周后显示,两药均可有效降低患者血压,整个治疗期间血压持续平稳下降。氯沙坦与贝那普利治疗4周降低舒张压的有效率分别为84.7%、81.8%,8周有效率分别为91.7%、89.1%,两组比较,无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论氯沙坦是一种安全、有效、耐受性好、不良反应轻的降压药。

The Effects of Losartan and Benazepril in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Losartan and compare with that of Benazepril in patients from mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods Patients were randomly assigned to Losartan group, 50rag to 100mg/d, or Benazepril group, 10mg to 20mg/d for 4 and 8 weeks. Results The blood pressure （BP） decreased singnifieantly in both groups after 2, 4 and 8 weeks, BP decreased smoothly and continuously during the entire treatment period. The efficacy rate for decreased DBP after 4 and 8 weeks treatment of Losartan were 84. 7% and 91. 7% respectively, that of Benazeprit group were 81.g% and 89. 1% respectively, and difference between 2 group was no significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Losartan is a safe, effective long acting anti-hypertension drug, tolerable and light side-effect.
