多频稳态诱发电位对幼儿听阈的预测

目的 研究多频稳态诱发电位和行为测听在幼儿听力评估中的相互关系。方法 取30个重度感音神经性聋的患儿(排除传导性聋)。分别测试其500Hz、1000Hz、2000Hz和4000Hz的行为测听阈值和多频稳态诱发电位阈值，通过计算两者的回归系数，并建立回归方程。结果 可以观察到行为测听闻值和多频稳态诱发电位阈值之间有很强的相关性，这种相关性随着频率的增加而增加。所以我们可以用多频稳态诱发电位阈值来预测行为测听阈值。同时发现，预测的剩余标准差随着频率的增加而降低。结论 在幼儿可以用多频稳态诱发电位阈值来预测行为测听阈值。

The Prediction of Hearing Thresholds in Children with Auditory Steady-state Evoked Potentials

Objective To examine the relationship between auditory steady-state evoked potentials (SSEPs) and behavioral thresholds in children.Methods 30 children with hearing thresholds ranging from 90dB to 120dB were selected and they are all sensory deafness. SSEPs and behavioral thresholds are tested at 500Hz,1000Hz,2000Hz and 4000Hz. Then we calculate the standard deviation values and regression line at each frequency and dicuss the relationship between them. Results A strong relationship between behavioral and SSEP thresholds was observed. The strength of the relationship increased with increasing frequency. On the basis of these data, the prediction of behavioral thresholds from SSEP levels was determined. It was found that the standard deviation of the error in this prediction decreased with increasing frequency.Conclusions The results suggest that the SSEP technique can be used as a predictor of behavioral thresholds in children.
