电针“百会”“大椎”对脑梗死大鼠学习记忆的影响

目的探讨电针对脑梗死大鼠学习记忆能力、中枢神经系统的可塑性影响及其可能机制。方法选用雄性Wistar大鼠,参照小泉线栓法制成大鼠右侧大脑中动脉（middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO）脑梗死模型,48只脑梗死造模成功的大鼠随机分为脑梗死自由活动组（对照组）和脑梗死电针组（康复组）,每组各24只,对照组和电针组大鼠在电针1、2、3周采用Morris水迷宫进行学习记忆能力测评。结果学习记忆能力测评：电针组大鼠Morris水迷宫逃避潜伏期短于对照组（P〈0.05）。电针组大鼠在平台象限游泳时间占时间之比和经过平台的次数明显大于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论电针＂百会＂,＂大椎＂穴能明显改善脑缺血大鼠的学习记忆能力。

The effect of electro acupuncture on learning and memory in cerebral infarction rats

Objective This study aims to explore the effects and mechanism of electro acupuncture on the learning and memory,as well as plasticity of central nervous system in rats with cerebral infarction.Animal models were made by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery（MCAO）with clew,48 rats were randomly divided into two groups afer occlusion of MCAO：24 rats in both electro acupuncture groups and control groups.Either electro acupuncture or control groups were divided into 3 various stages：post operation 1w、2w、3w and 8 rats in each stage.It was assessed at post operation 1w、2w、3w in electro acupuncture groups and control group by using Morris water maze maze.Morris water maze learning ability in electro acupuncture groups exceeded that of control groups,and there is obvious difference compared with control groups（P0.05）.Further more,It is the obviously that the percent of swimming time in the platform quadrant and the frequency of cross the platform in electro acupuncture group than that in the control group（P0.05）.Electro acupuncture（＂Baihui＂＂Dazhui＂）can improve the ability of learning and memory in cerebral infarction rats.
