摘    要:目的:探讨清热化滞颗粒对胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)的影响。方法:采用放射免疫分析法测定积滞模型小鼠自然恢复组、灌喂清热化滞颗粒组和空白对照组小鼠血浆和小肠组织胃泌素、生长抑素的水平。结果:模型建成后,小鼠血浆及小肠组织中CAS含量降低,SS的含量增加;灌喂清热化滞颗粒后GAS增加,SS降低,且与模型组比较有显著性差异。结论:清热化滞颗粒治疗小儿积滞化热证的机理可能与其调节胃肠激素,促进胃肠蠕动有关。

Abstract:Objective:To probe effect of Qingrehuazhi Granule on the GAS and SS.Methods:By using radiative immune analysis method to determine the GAS and SS of the blood plasma and the small intestinal tissue in the natural recovery group and using Qingrehuazhi Granule group of model mice of food retention and control group.Result:The amount of GAS of the blood plasma and the small intestinal tissue decreased,and the amount of SS increased after the model was established,but the GAS increased and the SS decreased after using Qingrehuazhi Granule,and the differences were marked.Conclusion:The mechanism of the Granule treating heat type of children food retention was probably associated with its regulating the gastrointestinal hormone and its promoting the gastrointstinal moving.
