ER、PR和C-erbB-2在胃癌中的表达及意义

目的]探讨胃癌组织中ER、PR、C－erbB－2表达及其临床意义。方法]应用SP法，对65例胃癌标本进行免疫组化染色。结果]ER、PR阳性率分别为523.3%和49.2%，阳性率与癌细胞分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结伴有癌转移呈正相关（P＜0．05）。C-erbB-2阳性率为对23%。阳性率与癌细胞分化程度呈负相关（P＜0.05），与癌浸润深度和淋巴结伴有癌转移呈正相关（P＜0．05）。结论]ER、PR、C－erbB－2阳性表达的胃癌预后较差。

Clinical Significance of Expression of ER, PR and CerbB-2 in Human Gastric Cancer

Purpose]To study the clinical significance of extrogen receptor(ER), progestogen receptor(PR) and C-erbB-2 Protein in gastriccaner Method] Sixty - five cases of gastric cancer tissue slides were stained using monoclonal antibody ER, PR, C-erbB-2 by SPimmunohistochemical method. Results]The positive rates of ER and PR expression were 52.3% and 49. 2%, respectively.The positive rates of ERand PR expression were positive correlation with tumor cell differentiation, and the degree of tumor infiltration and the metastasis of lymph nodes.Thepositive rate of C-erbB-2 was 23 %, and negative correlation with tumor cell differentiation.The positive rate of C-erbB-2 are positive correlation withthe degree of tumor cell differentiation.The positive rate of C-erbB-2 are positive correlation with the degree of tumor infiltration and with thematastasis of lymph nodes.conclusion]ER, PR and C-erbB-2 positive expression indicates poor prognosis in gastric cnacer.
