| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨癌性贫血对恶性肿瘤惠者生活质量(QOL)及生存期的影响.方法:对120例实体肿瘤患者进行分析,统计癌性贫血的发生率,分析其与肿瘤类型、肿瘤分期、患者年龄及性别的关系.结果:120例恶性肿瘤患者中癌性贫血发生率为66.7%.不同病种之间的癌性贫血发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以消化系统肿瘤癌性贫血的发生率最高(80.4%).癌性贫血的发生率随肿瘤分期的升高而升高,而与性别及年龄无关.癌性贫血不仅影响患者的QOL,并且影响患者的生存期.随贫血的加重,QOL下降,生存率减低,生存期缩短.多因素分析显示,癌性贫血是影响肿瘤患者生存的显著预后因素.结论:癌性贫血不仅降低肿瘤患者的QOL,而且还降低生存率,缩短生存期,是影响肿瘤惠者生存的不良预后因素之一.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of malignant tumor anemia (MTA) on the malignancy patients' quality of life (QOL) and survival. METHODS:A total of 120 solid tumor patients were included in this study,and the incidence of MTA was calculated.
