| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在舌鳞癌以及癌前病变中的表达意义.方法:免疫组织化学染色法检测舌鳞癌(47例),舌上皮性异常增生(12例)及正常舌组织(10例)COX-2的表达.分析COX-2表达与病理诊断、舌鳞癌术前化疗、分化程度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移的关系.结果:COX-2在正常舌组织中不表达,舌鳞癌中表达总阳性率为63.8%,舌上皮性异常增生中表达阳性率为31.3%,舌癌组与舌正常组织及舌上皮异常增生组的差异有统计学意义,P=0.000.其中在舌癌发生转移组和未发生转移组中COX-2表达的差异无统计学意义,P=0.750.舌鳞癌中是否接受术前化疗、临床分期和病理分级各组中的COX-2表达差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05.结论:COX-2在舌鳞癌及癌前病变中存在不同程度的高表达,对舌鳞癌的发生和发展起着重要作用,舌鳞癌各分组中COX-2的表达差异无统计学意义.提示COX-2可能是一个舌鳞癌靶向治疗的标志. |
