为评价国产盐酸氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗细菌性感染的有效性和；安全性，采用多中心随机对照平行开放试验方法，以氧氟沙星注射液为对照药，治疗呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿生殖系统及皮肤软组织感染患者２０７例，其中试验组１０４例，对照组１０３例。盐酸左氧氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液２００ｍｇ静脉滴注，每日１次，对照药氧氟沙星注射液２００ｍｇ静脉滴注，每天２次，疗程消化系统感染为５～１０天，呼吸系统、泌尿生殖系统及皮肤软组

A randomized clinical and laboratory study of levofloxacin versus ofloxacin in the treatment of bacterial infective diseases

To evaluate the clinical and bacterial effectiveness and safety of levofloxacin (LVLX) made in China versus ofloxacin (OFLX) in the treatment of bacterial infective diseases. A randomized controlled clinical trial of levofloxacin versus ofloxacin was studied. A total of 207 patients were included, among them, LVLX group has 104 cases and OFLX group has 103 cases. LVLX 200mg once daily and OFLX 200mg twice daily were intravenous injected for 5~14 days. The positive rates of pathogens of LVLX and OFLX groups were 83.65% and 84.47%; the cure rates of LVLX and OFLX groups were 83.65% and 68.93%; the eradication rate of both groups were 91.21% and 84.37%; the incidences of adverse effects with LVLX and OFLX groups were 2.89% and 5.82% respectively. There were no significant differences between the two groups ( P >0.05). Both of the antibacterial are very effective and safe in treating bacterial infections.
