讨论式教学法在《医学微生物学》教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨采用讨论式教学法进行《医学微生物学》各论教学的效果。方法采用讨论式教学法对2002级、2003级本科各专业学生进行教学,2001级本科各专业学生采用传统讲授法作为对照。通过理论考核和调查问卷相结合的形式,评价讨论式教学组和传统式教学组学生的教学效果及其差异。结果讨论式教学组学生在考试成绩、学习态度、自我评价等方面均优于传统教学组。结论讨论式教学法优于传统教学法。讨论式教学法有助于解决医学理论与临床实际分离的问题,有助于培养学生的自主学习能力、分析解决临床问题的能力以及创新能力。

Abstract:Objective To understand the effect of discussion method on teaching of Medical Microbiology.Methods With the questionnaire and theory test,we compared the teaching effects of the discussion method for year 2002 and 2003 undergraduates of various specialties and the conventional teaching method for year 2001 undergraduates of various specialties as controls.Results Students in discussion method group were superior to those in the conventional teaching group in examination score,learning attitude,and self-evaluation.Conclusion Discussion teaching method is superior to the conventional teaching method because it helps solve the problem of separation of medical theory from clinical practice,improve students' independent learning capability,clinical problem-analyzing and problem-solving abilities as well as innovativeness.
