肺炎合剂对肺纤维化大鼠组织形态和胶原纤维的影响

摘    要:目的观察肺炎合剂对肺纤维化大鼠病理学组织形态、胶原纤维的影响。方法将动物分成假手术组、模型组、氢化可地松组和肺炎合剂低、中、高剂量组6组,采用博莱霉素A5造模,于第7天和第28天行常规病理形态观察和苦味酸天狼猩红-偏光法检测Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原纤维变化。结果肺炎合剂能抑制博莱霉素A5造成的肺泡炎、肺纤维化的病变程度,抑制Ⅰ型胶原的增加,对抗Ⅲ/Ⅰ型胶原比例下降。结论肺炎合剂通过抑制肺泡炎的发展、抑制胶原纤维的沉积,特别是维持胶原沉积与降解动态平衡而抑制纤维化的发展。
