支气管结核的螺旋CT诊断

目的 分析支气管结核的CT表现，探讨支气管结核的影像学特征以及螺旋CT对其的诊断价值。方法 收集经纤维支气管镜活检、细菌学检查、经皮穿刺活检及手术病理证实的支气管结核病例36例．分析病变支气管在CT上的形态学改变和肺内病变特点。结果 支气管结核的主要CT表现为：病变范围广泛；支气管狭窄、阻塞，可引起肺叶、肺段不张，少数可伴有肺门包块影；支气管壁不规则增厚，部分显示钙化；大多数病例并发肺内播散灶；可有肺门、纵隔淋巴结大。结论 支气管结核的CT表现具有一定特征性，CT对支气管结卡亥的诊断具有重要价值。

DIAGNOSIS OF BRONCHIAL TUBERCULOSIS WITH SPIRAL CT

Objective To study the CT features of bronchial tuberculosis,and to assess its value in the diagnosis of the disease. Methods The data of 36 patients with bronchial tuberculosis confirmed by bronchoscopy,bacteriology,percutaneous needle biopsy,or operation were collected.The CT features of diseased bronchi and the lesion in lung were analyzed. Results(The main) manifestations of the disease on CT were as follow: widespread lesions,bronchial stenosis,or obstruction,lobe or segmental atelectasis,hilar mass,irregular thickening and calcification of the bronchial wall,dissemination focus,or enlarged hilar or mediastinal lymph nodes. Conclusion CT is of great value in the diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis because the manifestations of the disease on CT is characteristic.
