| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院临床营养药物的应用状况及发展趋势，为临床医护人员及相关人员提供参考。方法：对我院2004年～2006年，临床营养药物的购药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、药品限定日费用（DDDc）等进行统计分析。结果：2004年-2006年我院临床营养药物的购药金额呈持续增长趋势。其中，肠内营养（EN）药物的购药金额在2005年和2006年的增长率分别为30．37％和57．11％，其占临床营养用药总金额的比例和用药频数也在不断增加。结论：我院临床营养药物的构成日趋合理。促进临床营养支持的合理开展、避免营养药物的过度使用还需要医院药师的不懈努力。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization and tendency of clinical nutrition drugs in our hospital to serve as reference for medical and relative staff. METHODS ： Clinical nutrition drugs in our hospital from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed statistically with regard to consumption of sum of money, DDDs and daily drug expenses. RESULTS ： The total consumption of clinical nutrition drugs increased year on year. Especially the annual incremental rate of total consumption of enteral nutrition drugs during 2004 - 2006 stood at 30.37 % and 57.11% . CONCLUSION ： The composition of clinical nutrition drugs in our hospital are becoming more reasonable and the application of enteral nutrition drugs shows a promising prospect. |
