加强家属健康教育对2型糖尿病患者治疗效果的影响

目的探讨加强家属健康教育对2型糖尿病患者治疗效果的影响。方法将80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组43例和对照组37例,2组均接受常规综合治疗（健康教育、饮食治疗、运动治疗、药物治疗及血糖监测）,观察组在此基础上加强对患者家属进行健康教育。采用血糖控制指标进行跟踪、监测,比较2组入组时、治疗12周后的血糖水平。结果 2组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平较治疗前下降明显,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加强对糖尿病患者家属进行健康教育,发挥家属的支持作用,可以明显提高患者的治疗效果。

Effect of treatment on strengthening the families health education for patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To discuss the effect of treatment on strengthening the health education for family members on type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group （ 43 cases） and control group （ 37 cases） ,Both groups received routine treatment （ health education,diet therapy,exercise therapy,drug therapy and blood glucose monitoring ） ,The observation group was strengthened the health education to patients ＇ family members on the basis of the routine treatment. Tracked and monitored by using blood glucose control index,the blood glucose level of 2 groups was compared. Results The fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin level of 2 groups after treatment decreased significantly compared with before treatment. The observation group blood sugar control index was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Strengthening family members health education for patients with diabetes mellitus and exerting their support role can significantly improve patient outcomes.
