地佐辛用于预防全麻苏醒期躁动的临床观察

目的观察地佐辛用于预防全麻苏醒期躁动的临床疗效。方法将60例全麻手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。在常规麻醉基础上,观察组于手术结束前0.5～1h给予地佐辛0.1mg/kg静脉注射,对照组不予以地佐辛静脉注射。比较2组苏醒期躁动发生情况,记录自主呼吸恢复、睁眼、拔管时间以及拔管后5min呼吸频率。结果观察组苏醒期躁动发生率及其程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组停药后呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间及拔管后5min呼吸频率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地佐辛用于预防全麻苏醒期躁动具有较好的疗效。

Clinical observation of dezocine on prevention of emergence agitation during recovery from general anesthesia

Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine on prevention of emergence agitation during recovery from general anesthesia. Methods 60 cases of patients with general anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 cases. The observation group was given dezocine injection （ 0. 1 mg / kg,i. v. ） in 0. 5 to 1h before the end of the surgery,and the control group was not given dezocine injection. The restless situation of 2 groups was compared in the revival period,and record spontaneous breath recovery,open eyes and extubation time,respiratory frequency at 5 minutes after extubation. Results The incidence and degree of agitation in the observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05） ; There were no significance differences at 2 groups of patients about spontaneous breath recovery,open eyes and extubation time,and respiratory frequency at 5 minutes after extubation （ P〈0. 05） . Conclusion It has better efficacy for dezocine to prevent the emergence agitation during recovery from general anesthesia.
