我院儿科抗菌药物应用现状调查与分析

目的了解广东省云浮市人民医院儿科抗菌药物的使用情况。方法随机抽取2011年6月-2012年6月该院儿科出院病历816份,记录患儿的一般资料及用药情况,分析儿科抗菌药物使用是否合理。结果该院儿科抗菌药物使用率72.67%,二联用药率为8.26%,三联用药率为0.51%,无三联以上用药。使用频率最高的药物是头孢菌素类,其次是大环内酯类和β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复合制剂。结论儿科抗菌药物的使用大部分是经验用药,存在盲目联合用药的现象,合理用药水平有待提高。

Investigation and analysis of application status of antibacterials among pediatric in-patient in our hospital

Objective To understand the application status of antibacterials among pediatric in-patient in our hospital. Methods From June in 2011-June in 2012,the in-patient medical history of 816 cases from department of pediatricswere inquired and the inquiring lists on the using situation of antibacteria drugs were filled in and analyzed,and then a conclusion of whether the administration was rational or not was reached. Results The rate of antibacterials administration was72. 67%,Two drugs combination was 8. 26%,Triple therapy was 0. 51%,no more than triple therapy. Cephalosporins was themost frequently used,followed by macrolides and β-lactamase inhibitor compound preparation. Conclusion The administrationof antibacterials in our hospital partly rested on experience,and irrational administration existed in combined usage,needing theimprovement of rational administration.
