| 摘 要： | 目的 观察尿激酶联合速避凝救治急性脑梗死的治疗作用。方法 对照组 2 0 0例进行常规治疗 ,治疗组 2 0 0例加用大剂量尿激酶联合低分子肝素 (速避凝 )。结果 与对照组相比 ,治疗组的血小板数恢复更多 ,出血时间、凝血时间、凝血酶原时间延长更好 ,纤维蛋白原降的更低 ,肌力恢复的更快 ,治疗效果更好 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 大剂量尿激酶联合速避凝是治疗急性脑梗死的有效方法

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of urokinase combined with fraxiparine for treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods 200 patients were treated with usual treatment way in control group. Other ACI (200 cases) were treated with large urokinase and low molecular weight heparin (fraxiparine)in treating group.Results Platelets count was more, bleed time and congelation time was longer, prothrombin time was longer, fibrinogen was lower, the resumption of muscle force is quicker, the curative effect was better in treating group than that in control group( P <0.01). Conclusion It suggested that large urokinase combined with low molecular weight heparin (fraxiparine) is the most effective way in treat ACI. |
