营养支持对慢性肺心病疗效的影响

目的　了解慢性肺心病患者的营养状况 ,探讨营养支持对肺心病的影响。方法　采用全静脉营养、全胃肠营养或其它营养手段对肺心病患者加强营养支持 ,尽量保证患者达到平衡营养 ,观察此时期内患者住院时间和病情变化。结果　慢性肺心病患者普遍存在营养不良 ,营养支持组患者营养状况得到明显改善 ,病情发作较少 ,住院时间短。心肺功能得到部分恢复。结论　通过改善营养状况 ,能减少慢性肺心病急性发作 ,有利于心肺功能的恢复 ,减轻和延缓病情发展 ,提高患者生活质量

The influences of nutrition supports for chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective To investigate the nutritive levels of chronic pulmonary heart disease and the influences of nutrition supports.Methods Adapt total parenteral nuteition (TPN),total enteral nutrition (TEN) and other ways to strengthen nutrition support. Assure well balanced nutrition. Observe patient's condition and the time be hospitalized.Results There were many malnutrition patients during the chronic pulmonary heart disease patients .After nutrition support,some patient's condition had taken a turn for the batter .and the time in hospital had curtail.Conclusions Through nutrition support,it can reduce inpatient time taken by chronic pulmonary heart disease,beneficial to recuperate heart and respiratory,alleviate or delay the development of patient's condition,and improve the patient's life quality.
