| 摘 要： | 目的：建立克癌新胶囊的定性鉴别方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对处方中的楤木、皂角刺、黄芪三味药材进行鉴别。结果：供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相同的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论：本方法专属性强、重现性好,可作为该制剂的定性鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method of TLC identification of KeAiXin capsule.Methods:The qualitative analysis of Aralia,Spine Gleditsia,Astragalus in Ke Ai Xin Capsule was identified by TLC.Results:In the identification chromatography,the samples displayed spots of the same colour and same place as the reference substance,while the negative sample did not.Conclusion:This method is specific and reproducible,and can be used as the qualitative analysis of Aralia,Spine Gleditsiae,Astragalus in Ke Ai Xin Capsule. |
