喉癌组织及其引流淋巴结中巨噬细胞表达与转移的关系

目的：观察喉癌组织及其引流淋巴结中噬细胞（Ｍｐｈｉ）表达与转移的关系。方法：采用免疫组化卵白素－生物素过氧化酶复合物技术（ＡＢＣ法），对６０例喉癌患者的癌组织及其引流淋巴结石蜡切片中Ｍｐｈｉ数目及形态进行检测。结果：未发生颈淋巴结转移的喉癌组织及其引流淋巴结中Ｍｐｈｉ数目明显多于转移者（Ｐ〈０．０１），且Ｍｐｈｉ数目与临床分期有关，即随着病变范围的扩大，Ｍｐｈｉ数目呈减少趋势。Ｍｐｈｉ形态在未转移

The Relationship between Expression of Macrophages in Cancer Tissue of Larynx and Its Regional Nodal Metastasis

Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of macrophages in laryngeal cancer tissue and regional lymph node metastasis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry avidinbiotin peroxidase complex technique was used to detect the number of macrophages (Mphi) in paraffin sections of cancer tissues and regional lymph nodes in 60 cases of laryngeral cancer. Results: The number of macrophages in 30 cases of non-metastatic group (N0 group) were much more than those of 30 cases with lymph node metastasis (N group) in both of the cancer tissue and regional lymph node paraffin sections ( P <0.01). The number of macrophages was related to the clinical stages of laryngeal cancer i.e. it decreased obviously with the extension of the range of tumor. Most of the macrophages were in activated state in No group with polygonal or spindal shape. However, those were in unactivated state in N group with the shape of small round. Conclusion: The expression of Mphi in cancer tissue and regional lymph nodes of laryngeal cancer patients are correlated with the metastasis and development of laryngeal cancer. The detection of Mphi can help to understand the immune state, to detect metastasis in advance and to predict the prognosis of laryngeal cancer patients.
