提高儿科青年医师教学学术水平的措施和成效

临床带教老师的教学学术水平是培养高素质医学毕业生的关键。通过实施＂实习医生指导教师负责制＂、＂住院医生规范化培养制＂、青年教师理论课讲授预讲培训制度、科室集体备课制度、对实习生导师规范体检示教和教学查房培训;理论课讲授、见习和实习带教质量现场质控制度和定期组织科内PPT课件大奖赛以及推进青年教师攻读博士学位及继续培养工作等措施,提高了儿科中、青年医师的临床教学和学术水平,促进了教学质量的提升。

Measures and Effectiveness of Improving Young Pediatric Physicians'Academic Level of Teaching

The teaching academic level of clinical teachers is the key to cultivate high-quality medical graduates. Through the implementation of these measures,including the system of overall responsibility by the supervisor of interns,the system of standardized training of resident doctors,the young teachers＇ training system of pre-courses,preparing courses together in teaching and research section,the supervisor＇s standard training in physical examination and ward rounds teaching,the system of on-site quality control about theory course teaching,training and internship teaching,regularly organizing prize-giving competition of PPT in department,the promotion of young teachers in doctor degree programs and continuing to develop the further education,the young and middle-aged pediatric doctors＇ clinical teaching and academic level have been improved and the quality of teaching has been promoted.
