| 摘 要： | 目的:观察流感流行期与非流行期空气细菌总数(BT)与溶血性链球菌(HS)在社区门诊部的变化。方法:用撞击法测定细菌总数(BT)和溶血性链球菌(HS)。结果:HS检出率由非流行期的2 8. 1 %增至流行期的73 . 3 %(P <0 . 0 1 ) ,HS >3 6cfu/m3,由1 3. 3 %增至4 4 . 0 % ,而BT均未见超标。结论:定量测定社区门诊部的HS ,可作为直接反映呼吸系统传染病流行的灵敏指标;推测在密闭空调环境下呼吸系统传染病容易引起社区门诊的局部传播

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the change of the flu BT and HS in the epidemic or non-epidemic period.Method:The BT and HS were measured in dashing.Result:We found that the HS has increased from 28.1% in epidemic to 73.3% in non-epidemic(P<0.01),HS>36 cfu/m 3,increasing from 13.3% to 44.0%.But the BT did not excess the standard.Conclusion:Observing the HS in clinic region,we can get the epidemic sensitive index directly of the respiratory infectious disease which can easily disseminate in clinic region in the airtight. |
