河南青年考研动机研究

目的：研究河南青年考研动机的结构及影响因素。方法：采用自己编制的调查问卷并用SPSS软件对数据进行处理。结果：发现考研动机由保健因素，机遇因素，自我实现因素，环境影响因素构成；自我实现因素对青年们考研的动机影响最大，环境影响因素对青年们考研的动机影响最小，结论：青年考研的动机是健康的，积极向上的。

Study on the Motive of Henan Youth for Postgraduate Entrance Examination

Objective To study the motive of Henan youth for postgraduate entrance examination and the types of motive -influencing factors. Method A self- composed questioning paper was used with application of SPSS software for data processing. Result It was discovered that their motive was composed of health factor.opportunity factor, self -realization factor and environmental factor,of which self-realization factor exerted the biggest influence upon their motive,while the effect of environmental factor was minimum. Conclusion Young people's motive for postgraduate entrance examination is healthy and positive.
