内膜剥脱术和血管成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄及疗效分析

目的研究颈动脉内膜剥脱术和成形术对颈动脉狭窄患者的治疗结果。方法2003年12月至2006年6月，28例颈动脉狭窄患者行动脉内膜剥脱术及血管成形术。术前术后应用彩色多普勒血流显像和经颅多普勒超声测定患者颈内动脉管腔内径、血流速度、血流量及大脑中动脉血流速度。结果所有患者术后颈内动脉管腔内径达正常数值，血流动力学恢复正常，未出现严重并发症，未见动脉瘤形成。结论颈动脉内膜剥脱术是治疗颈动脉狭窄的有效的方法之一，应用血管成形术可提高远期疗效。
