| 摘 要： | 目的探讨AF系统在胸腰椎骨折治疗中的应用。方法采用AF系统治疗31例胸腰椎骨折患者。结果31例均获随访,时间6～16个月,无感染发生。术后伤椎的Cobb角、矢状面位移、伤椎高度纠正均良好,神经功能均有不同程度恢复,术前A级1例术后恢复至B级,B级1例恢复至D级,C级5例恢复至E级4例、D级1例,D级18例均恢复至E级。结论AF系统是治疗胸腰椎骨折的一种可行方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the AF system in thoracolumbar fracture. Methods 31 cases with thoracolumbar fractures were treated with AF system. Results 31 were followed up for 6 -16 months. No infection was found. Cobb angle, the sagittal plane displacement, vertebral height and nerve function were restored in certain degree. 1 cases of grade A was restored to grade B, 1BtoD, SCtoE（4） andD（1）, andlSDtoE. Conclusions TheAF system is reliable for thoracolumbar fracture. |
