| 摘 要： | 随着我国医疗卫生行业改革和创新的不断深入，创建研究型医院已逐步成为大型综合性医院发展趋势。本文就研究型医院的定义、特征及创建研究型医院的必要性进行探讨，分析提高临床诊治水平与研究型医院的关系，强调提高临床诊治水平是创建研究型医院的宗旨，并就提高临床诊治水平提出系列措施。
