| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍一种操作简便、损伤小的阴茎增粗术。方法：用硅橡胶假体植入Buck筋膜下行阴茎体前部增粗术。结果：本组47例患者大部分术后性生活明显改善，夫妻双方满意。有1例术后性生活过旱，伤口破溃，取出假体。结论：用硅橡胶假体行阴茎体前部增粗是一种操作简单、恢复快、效果良好的阴茎增粗手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce a simple penile augmentation technique with minor injury, Methods A penile augmentation surgery was performed with Silicone elastomer implanted under the penile buck fascia and tunica before the penile cavernous body. Results 47 cases were followed up and most of them were found that sexuality had been remarkably improved to the satisfactory of the couple,only with one case failed due to break and infection of the cut,caused by sexual behavior ahead of full recovery,consequently,the silicone elastomer was removed, Conclusion The penile augmentation through silicone prosthetics is a simple,quick-recovery and effective technique. |
