超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术后并发症的护理

目的探讨超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术后并发症的护理特点。方法协助214例行肾穿刺活检的肾脏病患者进行术前准备、心理护理、术前健康教育指导,术中准确定位穿刺点并加强病情观察,术后密切病情观察、做好循环系统监测、合理卧位等。结果 214例患者穿刺428针,成功率100%。本组发生急性尿潴留32例,占15%。明显腰痛27例,占12.6%。肉眼血尿5例,占2.3%。肾周血肿2例,占0.9%。低血压2例,占0.9%。无动静脉瘘及感染发生。结论护士在经皮超声引导肾穿刺活检术术前、术后起着重要的作用。

Nursing of Complication After Percutaneous Renal Biopsy with Guidance of Ultrasound

Objective To study nursing characteristic of complication of ultrasound - guided percutaneous renal biopsy. Methods Nurses assisted in the preparation of 214 patients undergoing renal biopsy for the procedure taking baseline observations, assisting with patient gown, ensuring full understanding and consent, pre - biopsy bloods, and post biopsy care. Results The total of 428 consecutive pereutaneous kidney biopsies were performed in 214 patients, a success rate of 100%. In this group, acute uroschesis occurred in 15% ,and obvious low back pain occurred in 12.6%, and of 2.5% were gross hematuria, and 0.9% respectively were perinephric he- matoma and hypotension,there were no renal arteriovenous fistula and infection. Condusion Nursing staff have a role in the manage- ment of patients undergoing renal biopsy to ensure optimal care and safety.
