| 摘 要： | 目的探讨龙胆泻肝汤对急性中耳炎的治疗效果。方法随机选取门诊60例急性中耳炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例应用龙胆泻肝汤治疗,对照组28例,应用桑菊饮治疗。疗程5～7 d。结果龙胆泻肝汤治疗急性中耳炎疗效较好,总有效率达93.75%。明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤治疗急性中耳炎安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical effect of Longdan XJegan Decoction on treatment of acute otltis media. Methods The 32 acute otitis media patients were treated using Longdan Xiegan Decoction, taking 28 cases as control, which Sangju Decoction. Re- suits The total effective rates of acute otitis media were 93.75 % and 71.43% for treating group and controlling group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of Longdan Xiegan Decoction is very effective on acute otitis media. |
