PBL教学法在肿瘤内科临床实习教学中的应用

摘    要:为了提高临床实习效果,尝试在肿瘤内科实习中应用PBL教学法。组织学生就某一问题,结合病人具体病种,进行诊断、治疗的分析讨论,并在治疗后随访病人以验证结论。结果显示PBL教学法可以提高学生发现、分析、解决问题的能力,并有助于培养学生临床思维能力。

Abstract:We tried to use PBL (Problem-based Learning) in clinical practice of medical oncology for improving educational quality. The externs were organized to analyze and discuss a real case,having grasped enough knowledge of relative diseases, and to provide their advice about the diagnosis and treatment, changing question mark into a full stop. And then their conclusions were verified by after treatment follow-up. The results show that the PBL can increase the students' ability to find,analyze,and resolve practical problems. PBL was helpful to cultivating the clinical thinking ability of medical students.
