| 摘 要： | 为了提高临床实习效果，尝试在肿瘤内科实习中应用PBL教学法。组织学生就某一问题，结合病人具体病种，进行诊断、治疗的分析讨论，并在治疗后随访病人以验证结论。结果显示PBL教学法可以提高学生发现、分析、解决问题的能力，并有助于培养学生临床思维能力。

| Abstract: | We tried to use PBL （Problem-based Learning） in clinical practice of medical oncology for improving educational quality. The externs were organized to analyze and discuss a real case,having grasped enough knowledge of relative diseases, and to provide their advice about the diagnosis and treatment, changing question mark into a full stop. And then their conclusions were verified by after treatment follow-up. The results show that the PBL can increase the students＇ ability to find,analyze,and resolve practical problems. PBL was helpful to cultivating the clinical thinking ability of medical students. |
