2008年上半年我院住院患者抗菌药物应用情况调查分析

目的：了解我院2008年上半年抗菌药使用情况，为促进临床合理使用抗菌药提供依据。方法：定期抽查我院2008年上半年出院病历600份，对抗菌药使用的基本情况、合理使用情况及围手术期预防用药情况进行统计分析。结果及结论：我院抗菌药使用率为82.3%，联合使用占抗菌药使用的39.9%，不合理使用占抗菌药使用的20.4%（不包括围手术期的术前给药时间和术后停药时间），Ⅰ类切口手术预防性抗菌药使用率为100%。

Utilization of Antibiotics in the Inpatients in the First Half Year in 2008

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the use of antibiotics in the first half year so as to provide reference for rational use of antibiotics in our hospital. METHODS： A total of 600 discharged medical records in the first half year in 2007 sampled periodically in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of the general consumption data, rational use and the prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The antibiotics were used in 82.3% of the 600 cases; 39.9% of the antibiotics were used in combination and 20.4% of which used irrationally （the preoperative medication time and postoperative drug withdrawal time were not included）. 100% of the patients who had type Ⅰ incision used antibiotics prophylactically.
