| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清总胆红素浓度与冠心病的关系。方法：检测115例冠心病心绞痛，心肌梗死患及75例非冠心病病人血清总胆红素浓度，分析冠心病与胆红素水平的关系。结果：冠心病心绞痛，心肌梗死患血清总胆红素浓度明显低于非冠心病组（P＜0．05），血清总胆红素与总胆固醇，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇，载脂蛋白B水平呈负相关，结论：低胆红素血症可能是冠心病危险因子之一，胆红素对血脂代谢有影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the association between serum bilirubin concentration and coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods:Serum total bilirubin is measured in 115 patients with angina pectoris or myocardial infarction,and 75 controls with Non\|CAD patients.Results:Patients with angina pectoris or myocardial infarction had a significantly lower serum bilirubin concentration than that of controls(P<005).Serum bilirubin concentration inversely associated levels of total cholesterol,low\|density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein B.Conclusion:Low serum bilirubin concentration probably is one of the risk factors of CAD.Bilirubin affects the metabolism of plasma lipids. |
