晚期乳腺癌应用紫杉醇与顺铂治疗的疗效观察

目的：观察国产紫杉醇（PTX）联合顺铂（DDP）方案对蒽环类耐药的晚期乳腺癌患者的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法：采用PTX135mg/m^2,加入生理盐水静滴3h,第1天;DDP80mg/m^2,静滴,第2～3天,每3周重复1次,行2周期治疗后判定疗效。结果：32例中CR4例,PR12例,NC12例,PD4例,有效率为50.0%。主要不良反应是脱发、白细胞减少,其它毒副反应均较轻微可耐受,无化疗相关死亡。结论：国产紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗蒽环类耐药的晚期乳腺癌有较好疗效,不良反应轻,是冶疗蒽环类耐药的晚期乳腺癌较好的方案。

Clinical effect of treatment on advanced breast cancer by paclitaxel combined with cisplatin

Objective:To observe the curative effect and toxicity of semimonthly paclitaxel plus cisplatine in advanced breast cancer patients who were drug resistance in using anthracene nucleus drugs.Methods:Total of 32 patients with advanced breast cancer received PTX 135mg/m2 by intravenous infusion 3 hours on day 1,and DDP80mg/m2,iv infusion d2~3,three weeks as one cycle.Efficacy was evaluated at 2 cycles.Results:Among the 32 patients CR12.5%,PR37.5%,NC37.5%,PD12.5%,with an overall response rate of 50.0%.The main toxicities were alopecia,neutropenia,and other side effects were mild.There were no any death during treatment.Conclusion:Combintion chemotherapy of semimonthly Paclitaxel and cisplatine has a good anti-tumor effect and tolerable toxicity on advanced breast cancer patients who were drug resistant in using anthracene nucleus drugs.
