红丝线化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究红丝线(Lycianthes biflora)的化学成分。方法应用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,用IR,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR和各种2D-NMR技术鉴定化合物的结构,并进行初步的药理实验。结果从红丝线分得5个化合物,分别鉴定为bifloride A (1), N- trans-cinnamoyltyramine (2), liquiritigenin (3), N-trans-p-coumaroyloctopamine (4), 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2-N-2′-hydroxypalmitoyl-sphinga-4-trans-8-trans-dienine (5)。结论1,2为新化合物,2对P-388白血病细胞有一定抑制作用,其余化合物皆首次从该植物中分得。

Abstract:AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Lycianthes biflora. METHODS: Column chromatography was used to separate the chemical constituents. IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and 2D-NMR technique were used to determine the structures of the isolated constituents. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated from this plant. Their structures were identified to be bifloride A (1), N-trans-cinnamoyltyramine (2), liquiritigenin (3), N-trans-p-coumaroyloctopamine (4), 1-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-2-N-2'-hydroxypalmitoyl-sphinga-4- trans-8-trans-dienine (5). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds, the others were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 2 showed inhibitory effects on P-388.
