摘    要:目的研究中药白及Bletilla striata (Thunb.) Reichb. f.根茎的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱及Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为5-羟基-4-(对羟基苄基)-3′,3-二甲氧基联苄(I),五味子醇甲(II),4,4′-二甲氧基-2,2′,7,7′-四羟基-1,1′-联菲(III)。结论I为新化合物,II为从该植物中首次分得。

Abstract:AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Bletilla striata. METHODS: Various column chromatographies with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 were employed for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral analyses and chemical methods. RESULTS: Three compounds were isolated from the roots of Bletilla striata (Thunb.) Reichb. f. and identified as 5-hydroxy-4-(p-hydroxybenzyl)-3'-3-dimethoxybibenzyl (I), schizandrin (II), 4,4'-dimethoxy-(1,1'-biphenanthrene)-2,2',7,7'-tetrol (III). CONCLUSION: Compound I is a new bibenzyl derivative and II was isolated from this plant for the first time.
