| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在声像图不典型乳腺癌的应用价值.方法 对223例经手术和病理证实为乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对26例乳腺癌患者彩超误诊和漏诊的原因进行归纳和总结.结果 乳腺影像报告和数据系统(B1-RADS)为1类4例,漏诊率1.8％；BI-RADS为2类18例,BI-RADS为3类4例,BI-RADS为2～3类共22例,误诊率9.9％.结论 对于临床医生触诊到质硬活动度差的乳腺包块患者,应反复检查仔细分析图像,应用BI-RADS合理分类,以指导临床治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of color doppler ultrasonography in atypical breast cancer imaging. Methods 223 patients with breast cancer who confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed, the reasons of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of 26 cases were summed up and summarized. Results The cases of missed diagnosis （ BI-RADS1） were 4（ 1.8 % ）, the cases of misdiagnosis were 22 （ 9.9 % ）, including 18 BI-RADS2 and 4 BI-RADS3. Conclusion In the diagnosis of breast masses with hard quality and poor activity by palpation, it is necessary to repeatedly check and careful analyse the imaging, to reasonable appllcate the BI-RADS classification, to guide clinical treatment. |
