| 摘 要： | 食管酸反流是困扰胃食管反流病(GERD)患者的主要原因,随着GERD发病率的逐年增高,食管pH值的测定方法取得了突飞猛进的发展。此文主要介绍Bravo食管pH测定系统在临床中的应用概况及其与传统pH测定方法相比较的优、缺点。

| Abstract: | Esophageal acid exposure is the main cause leading to gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD). With the incidence of GERD rising recent years, the ways of detecting esophageal pH are developed as well. This article mainly recommend Bravo pH capsule, the merit and demerit are pointed out through comparing with the traditional 24-hour esophageal pH measurement. |
