| 摘 要： | 压疮的防治一直是医护人员探讨的问题,该文从压疮形成自身、压力、理化等因素进行分析,并对临床预防措施,中、西药治疗,营养支持,及湿性愈合理论等方面进行综述,积极采取有效的预防手段对压疮加以控制,并且在应用与实践中不断总结,力争得到更好的方法,减轻病人的痛苦,提高护理质量。

| Abstract: | The prevention and treatment of pressure sore is an issue which doctors and nurses always discuss. This paper analyzes the pressure sore formation,pressure,physics and chemistry factors,and summarizes the clinical preventive measures,the treatment of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine,the nutrition support and wet concrescence theory. It is very important to adopt an effective prevention method for control of pressure sore and sum up better therapy in the application and practice continually,so as to alleviate patients＇ pain and improve the nursing quality. |
