补骨脂、白芷对黑素细胞迁移和黏附影响的比较

摘    要:目的 比较中药补骨脂、白芷乙醇提取物对体外培养黑素细胞黏附、迁移的影响。方法 中药补骨脂、白芷分别用 70 %乙醇提取 ,正常人黑素细胞来自包皮环切术切取的包皮 ,用包被纤维粘连蛋白的 4 8孔培养板检测黑素细胞黏附 ,用微孔膜研究黑素细胞迁移。结果 补骨脂、白芷可同时促进黑素细胞黏附和迁移。两者的促黑素细胞黏附作用无显著性差异 (t =1 4 5 ,P =0 .10 ) ,而促黑素细胞迁移作用有显著性差异 (t =2 .2 1,P =0 .0 3)。结论 补骨脂、白芷均可通过增加黑素细胞黏附和 /或迁移对白癜风产生治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective It is to compare the influence of traditiona l Chinese drugs which include malaytea scurfpea fruit and dahuria angelica root alcohol extracts on melanocyte adhesion and migration in vitro culture. Methods Tr aditional Chin ese drugs which include malaytea scurfpea fruit and dahuria angelica root were e xtracted with 70% alcohol respectively. Melanocytes of health adult were obtaine d from foreskin cut with circumcision. Melanocyte adhesion was mensurated with 4 8-well culture dish covered with fibronectin. Melanocyte migration was studied w ith microporous membrane. Results Malaytea scurfpea fruit and dahu ria angelica r oot could promote melanocyte adhesion and migration at the same time. There was significant difference between malaytea scurfpea fruit and dahuria angelica root in promoting melanocytes migration (t=2.21, P=0.03) but no in promoting mel anoc ytes adhesion (t=1.45, P=0.10). Conclusion Malaytea scurfpea f ruit and dahuria a ngelica root both have therapeutic action on vitiligo through increasing melanoc yte adhesion and/or migration.
