| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗的护理措施。方法:42名乳腺癌患者在术前接受新辅助化疗,对其进行心理护理,观察化疗期间的毒副反应并给予及时有效的护理干预。结果:全部患者均能接受并配合新辅助化疗的实施,化疗期间患者的生活质量较好,无严重并发症发生。结论:细致周到的护理措施是保证乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗疗效的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the nursing intervention in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for mammary cancer patients. Methods: 42 patients accepted neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Intensive nursing interventions, including psychological nursing, surveillance and in time management of adverse effects were performed. Results: All patients accepted neoadjuvant chemotherapy and were all cooperative during therapy,with intensive nursing intervention, the quality of life was improved and severe adverse effect was avoided.Conclusion:Intensive nursing intervention was important for performance of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. |
