| 摘 要： | 作者对百色地区12个县(市)1984-1986年孕产妇死亡资料进行综合分析,所得结果基本上反映少数民族地区孕产妇死亡状况及死因构成特点。提出少数民族地区减少孕产妇死亡、保护母婴健康,必须从普及新法接生入手,以建立、健全、扩大、巩固、提高基层妇幼卫生队伍为主要措施。

| Abstract: | The constituent characteristics of death states and causes of gravidae and puerperae in minority areas are shown by analysing the statistics between 1984-1986 in 12 counties in Baise. To reduce the death rate of pregnant women and puerperae and keep the health of mothers and infants, we must proceed to adopt the new midwifery. The main measurements are to establish, enlarge, strengthen and improve the maternity and infant grassroots health units. |
