单壁碳纳米管修饰电极对去甲肾上腺素的电化学检测

摘    要:制备了单壁碳纳米管/Nation修饰电极,研究了去甲肾上腺素在修饰电极上的电化学行为。试验结果表明:单壁碳纳米管/Nation修饰电极对去甲肾上腺素有明昆的电催化作用。在优化的测定条件下,对去甲肾上腺素进行定量测定,其氧化峰电流与去甲肾上腺素浓度在2.0×10^-5~2.5×10%-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系,通过标准加入法对重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素针剂样品A、B分别进行6次平行测定,平均回收率分别为100.8%和99.1%,其相对标准偏差分别是4.9%和2.39%。

Abstract:A single-wall carbon nanotubes/Nafion modified electrode was fabricated, and the electro- chemical behavior of norepinephrine at this modified electrode was studied. It was found that the electrochemical oxidation of norepinephrine at the single-wall carbon nanotubes/Nafion modified electrode was significantly cata- lyzed. Under the optimized conditions, norepinephrine at the modified electrode increased linearly with the concentration in the range of 2.0 ×10^-5 - 2. 5 ×10^-4 mol/L. Through the standard addition metbod for norepinephfine injection samples A and B, the average recoveries were 100. 8% and 99. 1%, and the relative standard deviations were 4. 9% and 2. 39% respectively.
