| 摘 要： | 目的观察盐酸吗啡缓释片(美菲康)治疗癌痛的疗效。方法58例癌痛患者开始剂量是美菲康30 mg/12 h,按VAS法观察治疗癌痛的疗效。结果吗啡缓释片在控制晚期癌症患者的中、重度疼痛方面有效率67.3%~75%。结论吗啡缓释片在疼痛方面疗效显著,毒副反应轻,安全可行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets(Morphine) on the treatment of cancer pain.Methods Use of VAS method to observe the effect of Morphine(usage of 30mg/12h) on the treatment of 58 patients with cancer pain.Result Morphine had 67.3% to 75% effect on the control group of the middle and heavy pain of patients with advanced cancer.Conclusion Morphine had a significant therapeutic effect on the cancer pain with lower side effect of toxicity and higher safety. |
